About OTB Wine

Kim and I have started this blog as a complement to our food site to help keep track of the wines we drink. We’re not experts by any means; we just like wine and will record our impressions.

We mostly drink pinot noirs, as that’s the wine we can agree on. She likes oakier red wines while I prefer fruiter ones. We almost never drink white wines, since our tastes are quite different there. I like sweeter whites, especially German ones, which she hates and I truly dislike the drier, oakier chardonnays.
